Insufficient Load Balancer Configuration After Scaling Pods

What Happened
After scaling the number of pods, the load balancer did not automatically update its configuration, leading to traffic not being evenly distributed and causing backend service outages.
Diagnosis Steps
- 1Checked load balancer settings and found that the auto-scaling rules were not properly linked to the increased pod count.
- 2Used the AKS CLI to verify that the service endpoints did not reflect the new pod instances.
